Do You Have to Saute Mushrooms Before Adding to an Omellette

The title was a question that one visitor asked via search engine, and somehow found one of my cooking blogs. It’s unusual sometimes how search engines work.

The question is a good one, if you’ve never made an omellette before.

The answer is yes, unless you feel like biting into crisp, half-cooked mushrooms. It’s not an appetizing taste or texture.
