Trick For Making Meatballs Stay Together

If you’re like me, you like to minimize the number and quantity of binding ingredients such as breadcrumbs and egg. If you don’t have enough binding ingredients, meatballs tend to fall apart from the inside. Here’s a simple trick that my mother uses, that is especially good for meatball soups or even pasta sauce and meatballs:
- Mix all your ingredients together.
- Place the meatballs in a wide, flat, airtight container.
- Freeze the meatballs.
