Minced Garlic in Olive Oil

This item is a very common ingredient in many fusion restaurants. It’s often added to pasta sauces as well as curries.
Ingredients
- Garlic
- Olive oil as necessary
Preparation
- Place peeled garlic cloves into a food processor or blender.
- Turn on gadget to finely mince the garlic, and simultaneously drizzle in at least 2 tbsp of olive oil for each head (not clove) of garlic. Do not puree the mixture. Actually, you can, but this version will give your food a lot more texture.
Usage
